Q.    What is the fee for candidates seeking employment?

 A.    There is absolutely no fee to the candidate, the fees are paid by the companies we represent.

Q.    For what locations are you seeking managers?

A.    Our network covers most of the United States. Tell us where you live or where you are interested in relocating.  We can probably help you find the job you want.

Q.    Does the recruiters at Bottom Line Consultants have experience in the restaurant or retail industry?

A.     Absolutely.  Our staff has over 45 years of combined experience in the industry.

Q.    Do you guarantee that I will find a job through Bottom Line Consultants?

A.    Bottom Line Consultants does not guarantee that a job offer will be extended.  However, if upon reviewing your resume it is determined that your profile matches the qualifications for the position you are interested in, the following will occur:

1. We will contact you and conduct a screening via telephone.  If the phone screening is satisfactory, we will conduct a phone interview or if you live in New York Metro Area, we will require you to come into our office.

2. If your interview is successful, we will submit your resume to one of our clients.  We will brief you on the position available, and ensure that you are familiar with the company’s concept.

A.    Bottom Line Consultants, Inc. will discuss a number of options with you including new concept  development and Franchise opportunities to assist you in determining which course of action will be best suited for your individual situation.

A.    Bottom Line Consultants, Inc. will thoroughly assess your operation with you to develop systems of  accountability in all areas focusing on sales, controllable and non-controllable expenses; labor cost and  operational organization.
